We want to work with you, the citizens of Cornwall, to co-discover the problems and co-design the solutions people face during employment and redundancy.

All this means is that instead of telling you what you need, you are going to tell us what you want.

To do this we're running a series of Discovery Days that will help us all to diagnose what the problems are and what the solutions could be.

As part of the project we are offering personalised support, according to your individual needs and situation. Coming to one of these days will make you eligible to receive it. We are able to sign you up to a vast array of different skills, training and support opportunities.

Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock and you need some life coaching, to help you set some goals and come across better in interviews. It could be learning new skills to improve your future prospects at work. Or maybe you have always wanted another career but haven't been able to find the support to get you on your way. Through our learning support advisors we can help.
