"I've been impressed by what I've heard about the scheme. Anything aimed at boosting skills and employment opportunities in Cornwall has got to be a good thing in my book. The project is likely to become even more important over the coming months, as austerity measures and reductions in public spending trickle down.
"Being at the heart of the community is important to us and we agreed to sign up as a community champion so we can help people find out about how New Work can have a positive impact in Cornwall."
